I wasn’t aware of this, no. It’s a valid point as to the value of this move, however that article mentions that the site was purchased in 2019 for this purpose and the company has only grown (well!) since then, so perhaps can be argued that it was a sensible choice.

Hi Criss. Great in depth analysis and certainly one to seriously consider. As you pointed out the reliance on Workday is a concern but looking at their financials they look a fairly safe company will growing revenues and good free cash flow, albeit somewhat overvalued.
Really appreciate you sharing this. Keep them coming!

I am not sure if you are aware or not, but Kainos are building a new HQ in Belfast, in the midst of what is the trendy student area:

This is an expensive undertaking, and with a relatively new CEO, I am not sure whether to see this as a vote of confidence in the future, or a vanity project and a potential white elephant. True, their existing offices are just up the road, but with working from home refusing to give up traction, this seems an unnecessary expense to me.
